Victory Outreach Bible College (V.O.B.C.) offers a dynamic 72-unit Bible training program through the Victory Education & Training Institute (V.E.T.I.). Students can earn a Certificate in Biblical & Theological Studies in as little as two years by enrolling in three classes each school quarter.
To graduate, students must successfully complete 24 courses including 19 required classes and 5 elective courses with each class valued at 3 units. The academic year is structured into fall, winter, and spring quarters, each lasting 8 weeks, while summer courses are 5 weeks long and online classes run for 7 weeks. For added flexibility, several courses are also available as 1-day intensive sessions, providing students with multiple pathways to complete their biblical education and prepare for effective ministry.
