Pastor Gerald and his wife Gail, formally from the Silicon Valley. In their past, both were challenged with drug addiction and street lifestyles. They came to a point in their homeless and hopeless lives, exhausted of vain imaginations in the street lifestyle, gangs, dealing drugs and substance abuse. Finally, after many prayers from his mom and others. The Couple realized they needed a new reality that was real. So, they tried the love of Christ and been on a journey of hope and faith over 20 years. 

Today their lives are a testimony of God realities, supplying hope and love to a falling humanity. At Victory Outreach we know all people can changed by the faith and trust in the Son of God,  Jesus the Christ!!

Victory Outreach International Ministries grew from one church to a worldwide network of over 700 churches and ministries, with locations across America and in 30 countries from the Philippines to the Netherlands. They have grown into one of the largest inner-city ministries in the world meeting the needs of people from all walks of life.   V.O.R.C. Church is a branch of Victory Outreach International Ministries. We believe no matter how downcast a person is, once they surrender their life to Jesus Christ, He unleashes the greatness of their potential. In turn, they can reach others with simmular issues.  

Victory Outreach Rancho Cordova Church (VORC) found its foundations in 2008 as a new church plant, by Pastor Gerald and Gail Weathers. Pioneering, originally from the living room of their duplex with a few people. Presently VORC has now grown to a congregation size of about 300. Serving the communities with Men and Women's Residential Programs, Leadership housing and a thriving Youth Ministry.  At V.O.R.C. we realize each family and individual within the community may have unique circumstances and needs. It's essential to approach this understanding process with sensitivity and a commitment to providing meaningful support to improve the well-being of the community as a whole.
