Senior Pastor at Victory Outreach Rancho, Studied at Victory Education Training Institute and Gail studies at Epic Bible College, this blesses couple originally from the San Jose California area. Pastor Gerald along with his wife Gail Weathers pioneered V.O.R.C. Church in 2008. Humble beginning from a small duplex and today reach thousands with the message of Hope and Change. Pastor Ben and Serena are involved with pioneering and managing  V.O.R.C. Residential 12-month program and Ministries housing programs. Presently they are Directing the Men’s Residential 12 months Program and managing their own personal business. Both are ready and willing to help equip the body of Christ and reach the lost that are out on the street! Today Truly a testimony of God changing power from a dysfunctional life into a productive life.

Evangelist Jesse and Alicia are from San Jose California.  As a married couple they have served in many areas in V.O.R.C under Pastor Gerald and Gail Weathers. Both are Victory Outreach International Residential Graduates, stayed focus to their purpose in Christ ever sense. The couple have been faithful overseeing a Ministry house for a few years and now have fullish in spiritual maturity. Jesse owns his own business and is our V.E.T.I. Victory Education & Training Institute, teaching a college credit curriculum to the community. There is passion to share to others the hope they found is obvious, as an evangelist he is ready with biblical words of Hope and life to share within our surrounding churches. Notable example how Jesus can change real people with real life challenges.
